Ms. Melcher joined The Swarthmore Group in 2003 and is responsible for client and consultant reporting as well as maintaining contracts, investment guidelines and correspondence.  Additionally, Ms. Melcher is responsible for maintaining and updating marketing presentation materials and consultant databases.  Ms. Melcher holds a B.A. degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
